The Assistant to the Vice-president, In-Flight Services and Customer Experience must provide a bilingual and multi-skilled administrative support to the Vice-President and his team.
Organizing, planning and coordinating the administrative activities of the Vice-president and his team,
Show great concern for the corporate image in all communications,
Ensure the quality of the French and English language in all communications,
Editing and translation of documents and presentations with the help of various software.
College Diploma in office automation or equivalent
Seven (7) years experience working with a senior level;
Excellent French/English verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), a must
Knowledge of SAP software and the airline industry are assets
Dynamic, reliable and excellent organizational skills
Discretion and good judgment
Self-motivation, initiative and autonomy
Meticulous, resourceful and team player
Sincere desire to ensure good customer service
