About You:
You are highly detailed in your work, driven, and competitive. You love to learn and enjoy staying on the cutting edge of marketing technology. You live and breathe email marketing and understand and experiment with the elements that drive real results. You know how to use data to make a case for why your tactics make good sense. You take initiative to consistently improve results from your campaigns.

In this role, reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and development of our email marketing channel to improve business and email KPIs.
Responsibilities

Own end-to-end production of email campaigns and automations, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, QA and reporting
Perform day-to-day email marketing activities including, but not limited to, email campaign set-up, landing page set-up, scheduling, testing, deployment of emails, email database management activities, and maintaining the cleanliness of the database
Build audience to target email promotions to correct demographics to acquire new customers.
Work with technology team to automate email campaigns and implement new ESP
Implement best practices and A/B tests to improve email deliverability, open rate & click rates.
Support overall marketing strategy and execution to hit internal KPI goals
Maintain an up-to-date campaign calendar and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders
Tracking and reviewing all campaign metrics on a daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis to identify opportunities for optimization

Requirements

Post-secondary degree or diploma related to Digital Marketing or Communications
2-5 years of experience in email marketing; experience with Hubspot CRM or SendGrid is preferred
Very high attention to detail
Strong writing, editing and content management skills
Excellent relationship management & communication
Experience in the financial industry preferred
Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
