We are looking for empathetic, friendly and dynamic candidates to provide technical support related to mobility product and services. On day-to-day, our representatives are servicing customers of Canada’s largest communication company.
What you will do:
Diagnose and execute technical troubleshooting for mobility products and services;
Takes pride in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring first call resolution;
Provide expert information or advice to customers on client’s products, services and offerings;
Continuously improve products and services knowledge.
Qualifications and position requirements to join the team:
High school diploma (completed);
Bilingualism ( English & French) is required;
Available to work Monday to Sunday from 7am to 11pm and 10:30pm to 7am
Interest for new technologies;
Proficiency with problem solving and decision making in a fast-paced environment;
Able to multi-task (think, talk and type) on calls;
Comfortable with the use of different web browsers (Explorer, Google Chrome);
Experience with web-based applications.
What we offer:
Competitive base salary - $16$ per hour;
An overnight premium of $1,50 on worked hours between 12 AM and 6 AM (Night premium represent a financial advantage of more than de 2,000$ per year!);
Hourly premium for bilingualism (1$/hour) and weekend shifts (0.25$/hour);
