Role Mandate:

Relentlessly delight the customer by picking client orders in 2 to 3.5 minutes based on location of stockroom;
Think and act like an owner operator by ensuring shoes are continually returned (put away) to bins;
Take responsibility for the department by maintaining Shoe Locator inventory integrity through picking and returning stock to bins correctly;
Consistently ensure accuracy by re-scanning bins to update inventory and maintain precision when inventory errors has been identified;
Ensure department cleanliness by maintaining bins daily through sorting, sizing and organizing;
Support processing of all inventory (i.e. receiving; ticketing; re-boxing; transfers; RTV�s; claims etc.);
Be an owner operator within the store by supporting fulfillment of on-line Auto Locate orders;
Ensure Shoe Locator systems/ conveyor are operational as per business standards;
Resolve all Shoe Locator/ Conveyor issues by thinking and acting like an owner operator;
Facilitate the movement of footwear for the customer. You can expect to be walking, standing, and moving merchandise throughout the day;
Ensure all departmental supplies are in-stock for the daily operation of business;
Ensure all stockrooms are kept clean, organized and safe;
Support Sales Floor and Marketing Team when required ( i.e. RFID, floor displays; markdowns; ticketing etc.).
Must be able to lift between 10 -15 lbs.
Must be able to climb a ladder.
