JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sales Results Specialist – Retail Solutions to join our technology business. SCI provides digital engagement software solutions to automotive OEMs and Dealers. The successful candidate will be working from our Markham, Ontario, head office location, prospecting new sales opportunities and training to improve product performance for automotive dealers within a defined geographic region. This position will report directly to the Executive Leader, Retail Solutions and will also work closely with our Field Sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for prospecting new sales opportunities and increasing product utilization for SCI’s digital engagement software solutions
  • Deliver training to subscribed clients through web-based solutions or over the phone
  • Support client retention initiatives as required
  • Prepare and maintain an overview of our competitor’s product offerings
  • Provide regular updates on “street” activity (what dealers are telling you) to senior management
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
  • Participate in weekly sales conference, product training and demos calls
  • Update regular sales activities using Salesforce
  • Work closely with assigned Area Sales Managers in a defined geographic region
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Possess excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Suites; Excel, Word and PowerPoint

  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and thoroughness in the work produced/performed
  • Able to progressively take on more duties as the business evolves

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 2 - 3 years of work experience as inside sales experience and/or customer service role required
  • Previous work experience in Automotive Leasing/Financing or Digital Marketing an asset

EDUCATION

  • Post-Secondary Degree
