The Inside Sales Supervisor will lead a team of Inside Sales Representatives at their assigned physical auction with a strategic focus on dealer sales growth on all KAR Global Remarketing platforms. The sales responsibilities at the ADESA physical auction sites will fall in line with the KAR Global dealer sales growth initiatives. The Inside Sales Supervisor will be responsible for growing and managing the purchase activities from the registered dealer body within an assigned region. They will also be responsible for seller engagement on all of KAR Global Remarketing platforms. There will be a strategic focus on employee growth and education through coaching, mentoring and skills development.

Oversee the inside sales teams within an assigned auction focusing on driving revenue through all KAR Global dealer sales channels
Responsible for ensuring all dealer-based revenue goals are met, including ancillary services
Responsible for increasing dealer purchase behavior within an assigned auction on and at all KAR Global Remarketing platforms
Responsible for increasing buyer penetration and loyalty on all KAR Global Remarketing platforms
Maintain a 100% compliance rate on Salesforce utilization from the inside sales teams at your site
Responsible for the re-engagement or re-activation of fallout sellers at ADESA
Responsible for the handling and closing of all at auction if-bids for ADESA
Maintain a high conversion rate on all at auction if-bids within your assigned region
Assist the TradeRev inside sales team if needed on the closing of if-bids
Some travel is required when required to visit a customer site
Responsible for the ongoing coaching, training and mentoring of all team members to ensure the highest level of knowledge for all KAR Global dealer offerings
Ensure the dealer sales teams are fully trained on all technology and service enhancements including TradeRev,, Simulcast, DealerBlock and Salesforce
Responsible for delivering the ultimate customer experience for KAR Global dealer sales
Assist the Senior Director in setting annual and monthly sales targets based on an assigned book of business
Create and manage monthly analytics using Tableau to ensure a high level of operational performance
Responsible for creating and managing employee annual performance goals through Workday
Work closely with the Senior Director to ensure business success KPI’s are being met

Minimum 5 years sales experience within a related field
Minimum 1 – 2 years supervisory experience
Excellent oral communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ability to persevere and remain positive when faced with obstacles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Very good understanding of methods for promoting and selling products and services
Very good problem-solving skills
High school diploma
Valid driver’s license in province of employment
Ability to coach, train and mentor employees to ensure optimal performance
Ability to cultivate a fun, collaborative work environment to achieve team success
Very strong reporting and analytical skills
Strong interpersonal skillset
Some travel may be required
