Marketing - Senior Facebook Advertising Specialist / Media Buyer

As a Senior Facebook Specialist/Media Buyer, you will be in charge of creating strategies for a range of campaigns and verticals to generate clicks, gain market share, increase traffic and grow revenue. You will collaborate and interact with our senior-level thinkers who are passionate about their work and are able to make smart data-driven decisions to optimize their campaigns. This role will start as a Senior Media buyer with an opportunity to grow into leading a team of media buyers and eventually setting the company strategy.

Your position will require:

  • Extensive Facebook Media Buying skills including re-targeting and more
  • A desire to eventually lead a team and train junior staff as needed
  • Strong analytical and creative skills and the ability to combine and/or cross-reference data from multiple platforms using MS Excel and other analytical tools
  • Strong English written skills for ad copy
  • Strong organizational skills and an ability to balance multiple projects
  • An ability to maintain focus on big-picture goals
  • Desire to learn budget management and reporting
  • Resourceful attitude and capable of succeeding at both autonomous and team-driven goals.

Your position will include:

  • Preparing media buying strategies which can be clearly articulated to the team with definable goals
  • Managing media buying campaigns across various platforms
  • Collaborating with creative teams to enhance campaign assets as needed
  • Writing ad copy with a focus on the particular platform and audience
  • Performing regular analysis and optimization of campaigns
  • Compiling data for reporting purposes using various internal and web-based tools

Not required but would be considered an asset:

  • Bilingual French and English speaking and writing

This position’s salary will be between $50,000 to $75,000 depending on experience- there will also be an opportunity for commissionable overrides on campaigns.

Total Annual Compensation Potential: $100,000 plus
