Reporting to the Director, Commercial Sales, the Inside Sales Representative is responsible for inbound lead qualification, and new or renewal bookings for customers as outlined by sales management. This position is open in our ThinkTel Division.

HERE'S SOME MORE OF WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Respond to inbound sales queue inquiries from phone or webform submissions;
Qualify leads with appropriate CRM data entries to be passed on to outside sales;
Close bookings of specific customer size & product categories;
Pro-actively source out and close renewal & upsell opportunities within the existing customer base;
Align with the ARM team to assist in closing renewals & upsell opportunities;
To ascertain the client's needs and propose business solutions that best meet their needs;
To prepare contracts in line with client's dealings and company standards;
Any other tasks assigned by the Director.

HERE ARE THE SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

YOUR EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Secondary School Diploma or Post-Secondary College education (Certificate/Diploma) in Business Administration or related field;
Minimum two (2) year's sales experience in Telecommunications, or related technical field;
Microsoft Exchange, Office, MS Teams, Skype for Business, Dynamics;
Extensive knowledge in B2B Sales best practices and trends;
Ability to work effectively and diplomatically with all levels of management and cross-functional teams;
Stay current on all related industry best practices relating to sales.
