The Rod and Gun is currently hiring servers for our busy upcoming 2023 season. We are looking for a positive results orientated server to follow our points of service while maintaining and enhancing the quality of our customers experience. You will work in close collaboration with staff and managers and follow established routines and systems.
Server Responsibilities
- Prepare tables with special attention to sanitation and order
- Present menus and help customers select food/beverages
- Take orders and relate them to other staff that are clear and understandable
- Collaborate with other staff in a positive and respectful manner
- Issue bills and accept payment
- Follow all Covid safe routines as per our site plan and training guidelines
- Participate in our supervised in house training program
Requirements
- Serving it Right certification
- Foodsafe certification preferred
- 2 yrs Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience
- Customer-oriented approach and patience
- Problem solving and decision making skills
- Hands on experience in cashier duties
- Excellent people skills
- Responsible and trustworthy
- Attention to cleanliness and safety
- References available upon request
