  • Assist customers with defective items
  • Assist customers with damaged goods
  • Assist customers with returned goods
  • Follow up with suppliers for restocking charges
  • Request RGA for returns
  • Process RGA - copy to warehouse - copy to a/p
  • Answer all e-mails for technical help
  • Make decisions pertaining to charges for restocking
  • Analytical mindset - be able to analyse situations and come to a decision
  • Work with warehouse to ensure returned goods are in resellable condition
  • Place product in return area with copy of credit note
  • Answer phones as required
  • Be knowledgeable in plumbing
  • Utilize supplier technical staff to solve problems
  • Call suppler
  • Send customers to suppliers for parts
  • Issue credit notes for all returns
  • Be a good communicator
  • Proficient writing skills
  • Create work order for all items required for customers whether charge or no charge
  • Have purchaser issue P.O. For service parts
  • Invoice customer for parts if charged by suppliers
  • Follow up on customer service forms created by staff
  • Assist in invoicing for customer pick-ups
  • Good organizational skills
  • Computer literate - order entry - excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $42,000.00 /year
