Job Description

Piroli Construction is in search of an individual to fulfill a short term (1 – 2 month) contract position to assist in a special administrative project in Windsor, Ontario.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Work in an office space that is compliant with Covid-19 social distancing requirements

· Assist in a special project that requires the applicant to search through organized company records

· Use records to compile specific data using Microsoft Excel

· Receive direction from and report to external accountant on a timely basis

Requirements and Qualifications

· Minimum two years of experience in Microsoft Excel

· Minimum one year of experience using Microsoft Outlook

· Keen attention to detail and strong organization skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Self-starter with the ability to work independently and a strong respect for deadlines

· Must be available to start immediately with working hours of 9am to 5pm Monday thru Friday (except holidays)

Salary or wage

Hourly pay rate of $17 - $20 depending on qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Salary: $17.00 to $20.00 /hour

Experience:

  • administrative assistant: 1 year (Preferred)
