We’re looking for a driver with a DZ license preferred, but not required. We do want a great driving record, but what we really need is a Rock Star who is ready to manage their day and their customers to succeed.
The second piece of this, you will be delivering automotive batteries, they are not light…but you got this. They weigh around 50 pounds and you will be moving a good amount of them…. but look at it this way, no need for the gym membership! Attention to detail is your thing, as you will be managing inventory and consignments for our fantastic customers.
You will also be working with our customers to understand their battery testing process, help with guidance on how to use the battery testers and improve the working knowledge of the reports we provide to enable your customers to grow their battery business!
The Service Route Manager will be assigned and be responsible for a company delivery truck, laptop, and smartphone.
How will you do this? By providing an outstanding product, on time and when needed. You will be the primary point of contact for key customers (B2B), providing both battery delivery and account management with the main purpose of helping our customers service their Members with automotive batteries.
Who will you work with? Well, us…but also key customers within your assigned territory, owner/operators, and service technicians.
This is a remote office role in Edmonton, Alberta. Your route will encompass Edmonton, Calgary and surrounding area. There are times you will be required to travel to Fort McMurray – what a beautiful part of the Country! If you are a “road warrior” than this is the job for you.
