Position Overview
The staffing clerk is responsible for monitoring staffing levels, calling in staff to replace absent employees and meeting needs for additional staff when requested to do so, using the established process. The staffing clerk also books staff as required; using established processes, to cover scheduled and requested time off.

Education
  • High School diploma.
Qualifications
  • Must be able to work independently and under pressure
  • Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing in both official languages.
  • Good knowledge of the functioning of the services would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of the different collective agreements would be an asset.
  • Relevant experience in staffing would be an asset.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
Regular part time position (0.2FTE) (1 weekend / 2)
Criminal Check
As a pre-condition of employment, all new HGH employees will be required to obtain and provide a satisfactory Police Records Check dated within six (6) months from the date of issue.
