EACOM TIMBER CORPORATION is looking for HEAVY DUTY MECHANICAL (NOC 7312) to complete the team of our sawmill in Val-d’Or, Quebec
Reporting to the shift supervisor, you will be performing various tasks related to production.
JOB DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and locate issues on all parts of the company's mobile equipment and take corrective action or recommend correction promptly.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on equipment such as forklift trucks, log loaders, bucket loaders, bell loaders, pickup trucks and other related equipment.
Correct and / or recommend correction promptly.
Undertake urgent repairs, according to needs and priorities.
Efficient and Organized
Demonstrate collaborative spirit and initiative.
Analyzing skills, agile and conscientious
Focused on results but in compliance with safety standards.
Diploma in heavy machinery mechanics;
Have a welding diploma that certifies a good knowledge of it;
The candidate will have to provide the necessary tools for his job.
French or English (oral and written) with preference for French
WAGE & HOURS:
From $28,73 per hour to $31,23 - 10 hours shifts, 40 hours per week.
Overtime pay 1,5 times after 10 hours / day or after 40 hours.
