Primary duties: Data input, reception, cashier, customer service.
The first 2 months involve training and preparations for opening the campground. This includes data entry of prepaid camping fees, light yard work preparing campsites and facilities, including raking, trimming, cleaning and painting. Office duties take precedent and yard work is assigned according to abilities. Once we are open in June, hours are approximately 18/wk office hours and 6/wk cleaning toilets and showers, 6/wk individual campsite cleaning. The season gets busier as summer progresses – extra hours may be required.
