We are looking ideally for a LONG TERM career-orientated position with future potential to grow within our team! Must be able to work full-time (flexible hours) and willing to work on weekends (Open Houses & showings). Our home office is located in Langley at RE/MAX TREELAND.

The focus of this job will be to support our Team Leader and other Real Estate Agents along with our P/T Assistant with typical day to day activities, marketing homes for sale, creating contract templates, reviewing strata minutes, organizing team calendar, sending paperwork for electronic signatures Social Media posts and support with any other administrative/client care duties as assigned. Seeking an energetic, detail-orientated Assistant that is excited to streamline processes and spearhead new projects!!!
Writing Real Estate Contract Templates
Sending Paperwork For Docusign - Electronic Signatures
Organizing Team Calendar
Meeting with clients and taking care of issues before they pop up!
Coordinating Marketing Efforts
Spearheading New Projects
Send out cards
Updating Wise Agent CRM
Basic Strata Review (Licensed)
To join the team you must have:
*****Experience in real estate sales/admin
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Very good computer skills and good technical orientation
Excellent organization and coordination skills suited to a fast pace high volume environment
Have a valid driver's license and own a car
A flexible working schedule
