Honeywell Building Technologies (HBT) has an exciting opportunity for an Integrated Solutions Consultant, supporting the Eastern Canada Territory. The position reports to the Director of Sales. In this role you will be responsible for selling a portfolio of existing and newly created SaaS, IIoT and predictive (ML+ AI) solutions for the owner / operators of buildings.

Your objective; help our customers drive operational efficiencies, exceed sustainability goals, and drive world class occupant experiences. You will be an integral part of a team working with customer acquisition sales strategies, tactics, and processes leveraging Honeywell and third-party software-based solutions to solve existing and new customer's most critical business problems.


Identify and communicate the value, ROI, strengths and weaknesses of Honeywell products and services, helping our customers make sound investments that support their strategic goals
Responsible for achieving targets while following established pricing policies
Provide voice of the customer input on incremental product improvements, as well as future innovations
Investigate and understand the internal business processes of potential clients. Build high level executive/SVP relationships resulting in long term partnerships
Be willing to travel as necessary throughout the assigned territory

You must have

Post-Secondary Education in a field related to Engineering, Computer Science or Business
Intermediate technical understanding of hardware/software + third party device integration
Proficiency in French / Strong technical English
Valid Drivers License

We value

B2B Software Sales experience selling to directly to end users
Experience selling cloud hosted applications into complex and or mission critical environments. Skills in Cyber, OT, IoT, and integrations are all critical to success
Experience in a field related to Building Automation, Energy Management, Security Solutions, Fire Solutions, Mobile Solutions, Cloud Solutions or target vertical experience, including:
Higher education
Smart cities
Significant years sales experience in the commercial buildings industry with local market knowledge (big asset)
Experience applying consultative and or value-based sales methodologies in B2B software sales
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to understand the customer's business needs
Experience with software integration, experience design, information architecture, and or project delivery
Solid understanding of customer financials and the ability to build business case investments
